ForMax Woodworks came to fruition because of a girl (that would be me) and her dog (that would be Max). Max and I love the outdoors, whether it’s driving along the Pacific coastline, walking on the beach, or hiking through the woods. It’s where I find inner peace from my tumultuous past and the inspiration to create the beautiful pieces I sell today.

ForMax Woodworks is dedicated to Max, who crossed the rainbow bridge in 2020. He brought me unbelievable joy and love, I could think of no better way to honor his memory than to name this business after him thus, ForMax Woodworks.

 

In addition to woodworking, I operate a marketing business I started 10+ years ago, providing marketing services to small organizations that generates clients, thus increasing their revenues. As much as I enjoy operating my marketing business, tapping into my artistic side especially during such a challenging time, has been healing and delightful. My woodwork is inspired by the beauty of what surrounds us—trees, water, ocean waves, thunder, snowfall, rain, grass, the sky, clouds. Nature is a powerful force, and it is reflected in the originality of the pieces I create.
